Lawsuit: Wu Admin conducted retaliatory scheme to punish property owners who sought to appeal City's valuation

A lawsuit seeking class action status filed today alleges the Wu Administration penalized commercial property owners who appealed the City’s assessed valuation in an “overall scheme to inflate values” and increase tax revenue according to a lawsuit filed by the Pioneer New England Legal Foundation.
